Dear FabFilter Support,

I am writing because I cannot receive the password reset email from your website. I have checked all folders in my email inbox, including spam, junk, promotions, social, and archive, but I still have not received it.

I also applied for the education discount and am worried I will not receive the confirmation email either.

Strangely, I can receive emails from Fabfilter Software Instruments in my inbox. The most recent one was dated April 18, 2026.

Please help me check my email delivery status and manually resend the password reset link. Thank you very much!
