Hi Treme, Also replied to you email, but I'll post this here as well. Softube creates all mappings of our plug-ins for the Console 1 system. We believe they try to include new releases as soon as they can, but it might take a while after an update for the plug-in to be supported in Console 1. Hi Gordon. Spectral mode is a linear phase process, and will introduce latency similar to running the plug-in in linear phase mode. You can decrease the resolution to get a slightly shorter latency, but it would still be considerably long.

New here. Purchased a Console 1 mk3, in part because of the integration with FabFilter. The info I’ve seen online regarding compatibility with the newer versions of the FabFilter Essentials Bundle (Pro-Q4, Pro-C3, ProR2) hasn’t been consistent. Is Console 1 mk3 in fact mapping to Pro-Q4, Pro-C3, Pro-R2 or only to older versions (Q3,C2,etc) Or is there another aspect to this question that I’m not factoring in? Thanks very much, Treme Wilson

I'm getting super long latency when using ProQ4 spectral mode in Pro Tools. Somewhere around 5120 samples of latency.

I am confounded by this issue as well. Very frustrating as I've used this plugin as a workhorse for years.

It's been addressed multiple times in the release notes, but as far as we can tell the issue is stil there. This misalignment of the side-chain happens with all third party plug-ins. However, it's possible that it will only be noticeable with plug-ins that have considerable latency, like Pro-L 2, and with processed in which timing is really critical, like limiting.

Hi Richard, It seems that Ableton has adjusted the way the plug-ins are dynamically addressed in both Ableton 11 and 12. This also seemed to trigger some weird behaviour in communication between the controller part of the plug-in and the processing part of the plug-in. We've noticed this could sometimes be off when starting playback in the middle of some automation in Ableton 11. As far as we know, this was fixed in Ableton 12, and was an issue inside Ableton.
