There is indeed no way (currently) to remove the parameter display. However, when using the small ui, it will be hidden automatically. We never got a whole lot of feedback about this, so we never felt the urge to do something about it. Maybe not the answer you were looking for, but did you try another analyzer scale? Changing the % scale resizes the UI, which is not reversible. Wild that you can break the plugin via in-UI options. If i create a chain, and view the instance list everything is there. If i go back to the project, put the pro-ds in front of the pro-c3, which is the other way around as before, it doesn't update the plugins in the right order on the instance list. I do have to say Bitwig is currently in Beta. I also tried to adjust the plugin sandboxing to see if it did anything, but it didn't.
