maybe it just effects certain types of mice? unfortunately i cant test it though since i only have one mouse. might also be because its very old like 2007 (logitech rx 250)

at 5 it starts to skip some of the options and at 9 it starts not working at all

Hi Bastian, I can't seem to reproduce the issue here. What seems to be the amount of lanes that scrolling will stop adjusting Pro-Q 4?

Spectral mode is a linear phase process. Linear phase always have latency. We tried to make spectral mode work with minimal phase/zero latency as well, but we felt that this just did not sound right. So for now spectral mode is a linear phase process, but we might investigate further if there are any alternatives in the future.

Hi Joe, I understand why that could be helpful. It could be done differently under the hood, but linking the parameters is really the simplest way without having to link all kinds of values inside the plug-in code. I'm afraid that at least for Pro-Q 4 we'll stick to this method, we can investigate when we feel it would be ready for another major upgrade though.

Okay, update. I just happened to stumble upon the reason why it wasn't working for me anymore. You seem to have changed the behavior somehow so that in Pro Q 4, the Windows setting “Choose how many lines to scroll each time” has an effect on the scroll speed in Pro Q, i think. If the number is too high for Pro Q, it just doesn't work anymore. In Pro Q 3, it always worked. just wanted to let you know

Hello, I jump on this topic because I’m looking for the exact same thing. I wish I could you use this plug-in on my vocal chain in live situation. Waves has solved the problem on Curves Eq with a zero latency option. What does make it impossible for Pro Q4? I can say with no doubt we are thousands of people looking for this option on your plugin because your plugin is great. And by the way low end is not what we are processing on vocal in live situation Best
