The reference signal is always displayed as being 1 dB louder than it actually is. For example, if I send exactly the same signal to two channels and load an instant from Pro-Q 4.10 on each channel, the EQ Match function always wants to make the selected track 1 dB louder than the reference, even though the signal is actually the same. This does not happen with Pro-Q 3 and 4.0. In the plugin, I have around a frame per second with my mouse and the plugin react with a lot of latency, making it unusable. I am on an Apple Silicone M4 Pro with Tahoe 26.2 and on cubase 12.0.70.
