Pro-Q4 v4.1 alters the Avid S6 Custom Maps (compared to v4.0.2)

Dynamic Range used to be its own parameter to map to on the S6 in v4.0.2. With the update to v4.1 the Dynamic Range is now a secondary function of Gain. This breaks custom maps previously created. I don't see this mentioned in any release notes so I don't know if it's intentional or a bug. I'll log it as a bug for now.

The mappings in v. 4.02 had an error, which prevented some parameters to be custom mapped properly. Also it made more sense in practical use to have Dynamic Range as a secondary function of Gain. Thus the change in v. 4.1 was intended and is not a bug. Sorry for not mentioning this in the release notes.
