Cannot make midi learn work in Volcano 2

Hi,

I cannot make midi learn work for my Volcano 2?

I am running Cubase 5 and Nocturn with Automap 3.0.

I press midi learn and then the freq control in the GUI. I then touch my knob on the nocturn but Volcano does not respond. I can clearly see "midi input acitivty" in cubse when touching the knob.

Other VSTs seem to be working. AM I missing something?

this is quite an old post put I'm experiencing the same issues. Trying to setup midi learn using NI Maschine controller.

Running Cubase 5.5.2 64bit on Windows 7 Pro 64.

When I move knobs on Maschine there is midi input in cubase, but volcano does not pick it up. any advice?

You have to make a new midi-track and than choose the desired Plug (volcano, pro-Q ...) as the output of this track. Than it should work.
