You certainly can :-) We're always busy updating existing plug-ins, but we also have numerous thoughts on new products as well. Unfortunately we're just a small team. Our time is limited and we can't make it all, even though we would like to. We'd love to dive into some other areas of audio processing, like spectral editing, pitch correction, etc. But to be honest, the companies that are currently offering these kind of products have been doing so for years, if not decades. It's be hard to catch up on all their expertise and make a better product out of the blue. So never say never, but I would not expect a FabFilter spectral editor any time soon.
