Just bought a plugin and it didn't give me a license or receipt
Hello everyone.
I was interested in finally getting L2 today.
I went to the website, clicked on "Buy Now" and it took me to a page to add my card.
So I did and then hit the check out button.
It took me to a page that said that the page had timed out.
I went back to the main page and nothing had changed. I also realised that I never logged into my account for the transaction either. It never even asked me to log in.
I looked at my products and nothing is there.
I look at my bank account and sure enough, 193 was billed to my account and said it was taken by Cleverbridge which is the fabfilter payment process.
soooooo I emailed and now waiting for a response. This is a huge inconvenience and pretty disappointing from Fabfilter cause I thought if there was a definite professional company, it would be them.
My question here is, have any of you had this issue before and is the company good about reimbursement or getting that plugin license that I paid for?? Thanks in advanced

Looks like you made a typo in your e-mail address during your purchase. Seems Ralph resolved the issue for your trough our support channels.
