Yup, I'm going to be another guy to make a Linux post.

With Microsoft pushing to force us to use Windows 11 right around the corner.
I'm going to ask despite knowing it has been asked in the past, and even though I know you can apparently use the plugins with workarounds. If the thought of Linux support is a possibility?

We got Reaper, Bitwig, and U-He on board, even Presonus has a Studio One Linux in beta. In fact I just bought Bitwig because of the Linux support in hopes of dumping Windows in the future.

This part is a little off topic, but at this point with not being able to game on Linux, being a thing of the past. Music production is the only thing standing in the way of dumping windows.

Hi Jon,

Unfortunately, I'm going to have to disappoint you. We don't have any plans right now to support Linux.

Maarten (FabFilter)

I'm a long-time FabFilter customer. I own 5 or 6 of your plugins and have used them over the last 8 years or so?

I'm a professional audio person, and I'm also making moves to migrate my setup from Windows to Linux.

I will be spending money with vendors who do support Linux (no slight against you folks).

But I really do wish you would reconsider. You're not an iLok company... VST3 just became open source. This really shouldn't be too big of a move to support Linux.

Michael Quigley

Michael, I'm in the exact same camp, but already made the move. I abandoned 1000s $ worth of music software. Ironically, I've been more productive with a smaller music library (on an OS that actually works for me and not the other way around).

I came here to check whether I'd have to abandon FabFilter too or if the devs finally made a move to support it. Looks like there's still no support, so I'll be saying goodbye to FabFilter.

Sebastian

I would love this as well. Especially considering that DaVinci Resolve runs on Linux.
