Support?

Hi,

is there any way to reach support?

I still did not get an answer to my two support mails from December 6th and January 19th.

I bought the FabFilter Mastering Bundle via a music store in Germany (Thomann) and got an activation code there. My several tries of product activation on the FabFilter website remained unanswered.

I'm helpless here and would be happy to finally use the bundle I payed for.

I just checked your emails, and we replied to both of them on the day we received the email. Did you check your spam folder?

I just replied to your email again If you did not receive it, do you happen to have another email address with which you can try to send an email? Maybe your mail server has flagged our emails.

In the meantime, we found your account registered to the yahoo email address you've been emailing with. You should be able to reset your password using the link below:

www.fabfilter.com/request-password-reset

thank you very much for your kind help!

Your reply did land in the spam folder. I'm still waiting for my password reset mail, but the activation code for the plugins worked and that was the most important part. Thanks!
