fabfilter just stopped working.
ProQ4 loads up. it was working about a week ago. then all of sudden when you add it to a chain. It opens but when selecting any preset to start if gives this error. "Preset file could not be opened. Incorrect file permissions or corrupt preset file"
IO have uninstalled and reinstalled and get same error. Even tried just a rescan in logic. no luck.

I'm having the same issue!
Try this. Open. plug in, then preset menu and go to click save as.... check your fabfilter folder and see if it has cloud icon next to it. If it does select icon and it will download. All should work at that point. Worked for me. Don't know why they changed originally. This is if you are using logic pro.
Yes, I actually just figured it out today! It caused issues with KORG Triton as well!
This seems to be an issue with the files offloading from your computer and onto your iCloud when you have iCloud syncing enabled for your documents folder. You can download the preset to your local machine again by clicking the download icon in Finder. The presets are located there:
Documents/FabFilter/

Yes Ralph. it worked. we need to find the presets from iCloud Drive and copy and paste in the FabFilter local drive.
