Is pro-q-3 not a thing anymore?

I got a new laptop and am reinstalling all of my plugins. Downloaded pro-mb no problem, but whenever I look up anything for pro-q-3, it sends me to either a link to download all of the fabfilter plugins (doesn't even include pro-q-3), or to download pro-q-4. Just curious as to what's going on. Seems like they want me to pay more money to get the updated one?

On the top of this webpage you find "Support"
and here the "legacy Installers" that contain the requested plugin
