Shift-mousewheel on node not fractionally changing slope

I'm sure I saw Dan Worrall fractionally changing the filter slope by shift-mousewheeling on the frequency node. This is not working for me (in reaper or logic or others). I don't have a shortcut linked to that action. I've tried various different mice. Is this a buglet or my system or not actually implemented?

Many thanks

In Pro-Q4 I mean

Hi Triode,

You can use Shift to use fractional slope values.

The only way that works as described is dragging the indicator in the dialog box. Shift-Mouse-wheeling on the node does not work. Is this a bug?

Hi Stefan and Triode,

Please note that this only works for high and low pass filters. On other filters scrolling when hovering over the node adjusts the Q, and holding shift while doing so will fine tune the Q.

It's the high pass I'm trying it on without success except via dragging the indicator. It's not a big deal but just letting you know it's not working as the manual describes.

What OS and DAW version are you using? I've just tried here with both Logic and Reaper and it works as intended. What kind of mouse are you using?

Ralph (FabFilter)

Logitech mouse
Reaper 7 (latest release)
Mac OS 10.15

Same issue here. Also using a Logitech G502 Mouse. Logic 11.1.2 on M1 mac running MacOS Sequoia 15.2.

Shift key is not working as a modifier with the mouse wheel in Q4. Wheel by itself is fine.

We need the dropdown back. It's crazy that it has been removed
