I bought some second hand fabfilter license from KvR and VI-C the price is not as cheap as the site you provide but there are lots of people there who can be trusted as long as you buy from people who have good feedback.
They are all scammers selling pirated software. They are even impersonating legit companies like Plugin Discounts.
