Can this product be used to increase gain above the threshold and reduce gain below? I am trying to increase dynamic range of compressed/overly compressed recordings.

Can this product be used to increase gain above the threshold and reduce gain below? I am trying to increase dynamic range of compressed/overly compressed recordings.
It's possible to do so, but you can't do both in a single instance. You'd need one Pro-MB for expanding above the threshold and one for compressing below the threshold.
So I would have two instances of the plug in running at the same time? Sorry I am new to this. And of course meaning I would purchase 2. And then they can be cascaded?
And if this can be done..why not make a product that does it all in one?
I bet Pro-MB will do this.
Also give us upward compression in ProC2.
That is, I bet Pro-MB 2 will do this
