MIDI control of Pro-Q3

I have a knob-only MIDI controller with 16 knobs. Is it possible to use this to control any instance of Pro Q3 that I might open in a session in Pro Tools?

Ideally, when I opened the plugin on a track, the knobs would become active for that instance, but work for a different instance when that one is attentioned.

I would create a default preset in ProQ3with four bands, and link four buttons to each of those bands.

Hi Justin,

As far as I know it's not possible to do that without EUCON controllers. You can use a MIDI track to control a specific plug-in on a track, but not any plug-in instance that's open.
