Pro Q3 - Crashing

I have Ableton 11 and just bought this product 2 days ago. It keeps crashing as soon I try take it off default. It also doesn't read any of the tracks. It's the only plugin that isn't working for me.

Does anyone know if support is usually slow? I reached out 36 hours ago and have yet to hear back.

The same thing happens to me I have Windows 11 and I use Ableton and FL Studio updated and I have the L2 and the Q3 and both make the daw freeze
