@FabFilter How do i go about gettinga refund

I've brought timeless 3, although I like some of the features and the UI update, I just hate the way you interact with modulation, it's very old way of doing things I just can't use it out of getting annoyed with how long it takes to set an Env or LFO, it sucks all creativity out

It should be like serum or shaper box where'm free to add nodes and move them around.

I just don't use the plugin, I'd be happy with store credit to put towards pro q3 which I've used before and is good

Why you didn't use the trial and one trial extension to get to know the plugin better before buy. I always do that

I see you purchased Timeless 3 from one of our resellers, and not directly from our webshop. In that case you need to contact your reseller for a refund.
