recreate distressor sound with fabfilter pro-c2 + saturn 2 - possible?

Hello,
i just found the block diagram of a distressor (google distressor block diagram) and it looks like it is a vca compressor with saturation in series.

did anyone ever try to get a distressor like sound with pro-c2 and saturn 2 in series ?
