Pro Q3 and surround tracks
Hello. I work in Dolby Atmos and I am in Nuendo 12 on PC. I have a 7.1.2 track where I insert Pro Q3. I don't see an equivalent number of outputs. However, the manual says that Q3 supports surround up to 9.1.4 (from memory). Am I missing something?

Could it be you are loading the VST2 version of Pro-Q 3 instead of the VST3 version? Only the VST3 version supports multichannel formats like 7.1.2. I just tested here and I could properly recall Pro-Q 3 on a 7.1.2 track.
Please note that the VST3 version does not have the FabFilter prefix. Where the VST2 version is called "FabFilter Pro-Q 3", the VST3 version is just called "Pro-Q 3".
