Twin 3 EG Main Attack Parameter Request

FabFilter,

In the next update to Twin 3, would you consider updating the EG Main Attack parameter to allow it to go all the way down to 0.000 ms?

Currently it goes to a minimum of 0.100 ms. The ability to go down to 0.000 ms would match some of my other plugins. I want to see how Twin 3 can handle those sounds, but to do that experiment, Twin 3 needs to be able to go down to a 0.000 ms attack time.

Or, if I am doing something wrong or looking at the wrong parameter, please let me know.

Hi Fred,

The problem we had with 0 ms is that it results in a very loud and ugly click. Twin 2 started at 1ms so we already lowered it by a considerable amount. We've considered it but decided that .1 was sufficient.

Hi,

Could you implement a zero crossing detector and immediately open the envelope once the waveform hits zero? I know that is what some do to eliminate clicks. Similar to the WMD digital VCA:
