Keep having to re authorise licenses

Hi All,

Every now & then I keep having to re authorise my licences. This is not a problem as it allows me to do it no trouble but is a bit annoying.

Any ideas?

Hi David,

is it possible that you use a cleaning application for your Mac, like mackeeper of CleanMyMac? These applications claim to keep your computer clean but they also remove some documents that should not be removed, like the files in which we store the licenses.

I do use CleanMyMac & guessed it would be the culprit.

Trying to find a way to get it to ignore the license files but no luck so far.

Do you have any advice? I bet this has been asked about before

Ok so I have just discovered how to add them to the ignore list so hopefully it will be sorted now

Hi David, the license files are stored in User/Library/Preferences. If you whitelist that folder that should help.
