payment / license processing
For a few days I have paid by instant bank transfer (without the normal transfer time) because PayPal didn't work by checkout.So the money was at the same moment at cleverbridge.
I thought it would be fully automated 24/7.
How long does it take to get the download and license?
Who is responsible - Do I get the mail with the license from Cleverbridge or from Fabfilter?

Hi Thomas,
Payment by bank transfer will take a few days to clear unfortunately. I checked and your order is still in the Awaiting Offline Payment status. You'll get an email from both cleverbridge and us once payment is completed.
