presets are greyed out in the folders and unable to load

Hi Mark,

That is very odd. Can you share a screen shot? Preferably via email (use the Contact us link at the bottom of this page).

Hi Mark,

Could it be that you are trying to load our factory preset using the preset browser of your DAW? Please note that our factory presets can only be loaded using the plug-ins' own preset browser.
