Twin 3 download issue Mac

Hello,

So far (4 attempts) I have not been able to complete a successful download of Twin 3.

This is on MacOS 12.4.

Is this a known issue?

Update..... I was able to resume one of the failed downloads and eventually got a complete download which installed and is running fine.

The browser is Firefox and this was a new behaviour and I am still unclear on what caused the issue. The failed downloads were consistently around the 13 MB (of 18.8) and the download speed on resuming was only a few Kb/s (my connection is 1 Gb).

Due to the Twin 3 release, we experienced a lot more traffic on our web site and that may have caused this. Of course we aim for high-speed downloads at all times so we'll take a good look at our web infrastructure.
