Mid side not activated

For some reason, It does not give me the option to do any sort of stereo EQ with my proq3. The option to do any mid-side or left and right is grey'd out and I cant press on it. All the other features like dynamic and side chaining seem to work. Why would this be happening?

Are you using Pro-Q 3 on a mono track?
