Using Pro Q3 IOS version as external effect within Desktop Ableton

Hi,

I purchased the Pro Q3 IOS version and wondered if I also purchase Auria I can use as an externally routed effect within tracks ran within the Desktop Ableton tracks?

I also have garage band on the Ipad but cant see where this works, only for other IOS apps, rather then on top of apps within the box
