Cannot find required file

I download the FabFilter Twin and install,but when I star the program comes a message "Cannot find required file C:\Program Files\Steinberg\Vstplugins\Fabfilter\Twin\FabFilter Twin.dll"
but the file is still there,how to deal?

i have a similar issue.. i installed volcano and twin on OSX but when i click on the file trying to open it (so i can enter in the liscensing number) it says it cannot find the correct application..

@Lining: Did you install Twin 1 or Twin 2? Normally everything should be installed in C:\Program Files\FabFilter\Twin 2. You could then access the stand-alone version from this folder.
