Minor updates release 23-feb (where?)

I think i must be stupid (probably i am), but i can not find the latest minor updates. Got notice on mail. Only installer(s) i can find is on the main page and the say 15-feb. I extracted the installer as well and every and each plugin inside says 15-feb.

Doh.... what am i missing?

Hi guys,

These ARE the latest minor updates :-) They we're build on February 15 and then tested before they were released on February 23!
