The initial Volcano 2.01 OS X installer released yesterday contained a small error in the Audio Units version of the plug-in, causing AU Validation in Logic Pro to fail.
We have fixed this right away, and just did a silent update, so if you experience the AU Validation error, please re-download and install again:
Note: if Logic doesn't re-validate the plug-in automatically, run the AU Manager and validate Volcano 2 yourself.
You can check whether you are running the latest version by clicking the Help button and choosing 'About...' in the plug-in interface. The most recent and correct version has build date 'June 4, 2008'.
