Pro Q3 Causing lag

Anyone have issues with lag when using Fabfilter Pro Q3?
For testing I have 2 tracks in Pro Tools - one just has a Pro Q3 loaded. The other has a random chain of Pro C2 - Pro DS - Pro L2 - Pro R - RX8 Denoise. It is slower to move a clip around on the track with just the Pro Q3 loaded. Strange
