no account?

I think I found my problem I don't have an account. that may be why I can't get automated emails. I tried something else. I tried to fill out product information form. I tried to enter my information for product information it reads enter Activate code. My code is 3 lines long? where it says license it reads to copy and paste. I did that and the form says it's invalid. I also downloaded the programs from the download page. when I enter the code in the plugin it reads invalid as well. I never got anything, numbers or letters, to even be able to fill out the user form request. All I got was an invoice and a KBD pdf That is all. I think if you made a account for my email I could reset the password myself. I have exhausted all my options on my end, and now it's getting frustrating. i have gotten countless emails for here is the link to reset your password, but because I don't have a proper account i never get an automated email. If that would be possible to get a phone number and not the automated cleverbridge number. I would like to get this resolved as soon as possible.

Hi Steven,

We replied to your email, but it seems you do not get our replies. Have you checked your inbox? I have found an account registered to what seems to be the gmail account of your studio email address. It's the same email address you use to send these forum messages with, except it's a gmail.com instead of a yahoo.com. Could it be you are simply checking the wrong inbox?

Then from what your saying is that the emails are wrong I am sorry the studio email is at yahoo.com not gmail.com the gmail address is wrong. That is why I may have entered it wrong it should be studio at yahoo.com. That may be why nothing is working how do I go about changing the email address
