I own Saturn and love it on individual channels, drums in particular. Recently I heard a lot of people who are getting great drums sounds talking about the UAD Fatso as a parallel processor on drums. The Fatso has Tape Saturation, Compression, clipping and EQ. Maybe it is possible to get Saturn to get a similar sound. I would A/B and tweak Saturn to get the sound as close as possible, but I do not own a UAD device and do not have the Fatso plugin. Has anyone tried this before or has UAD to try this one?
