Midi controls not working in Ableton with Pro Q3
The midi controls on my NI S61 only work with FabFilters when no other devices are in the track. Kinda defeats the purpose. I have read the only solution is to create a separate midi track with just the FabFilter in it to effect that track with the device. Is this really the only solution?

TLDR; it's Live's short coming, and they haven't changed anything, so yes, that's a solution.
I propose an alternative solution in my other comment.
