VST2 and VST3 Presets Mismatch

Hi, I have both VST2 and VST3 plugins. Seems like the presets are stored individually for both formats. Is there a way to combine or unify the presets so regardless of the format I get the same presets?

If you use the preset system inside our plug-ins, all formats will share the same preset library.
