Why is there no check for update/update now feature in any plugin?
Should I be logging in each day and checking?
Do I need any of these updates?
Please don't make it easy, LOL!
It's the least you can do.

Hi Eric,
We currently don't have an auto-update feature in our plug-ins because at this point we feel that there is too much auto-updating software in our lives already. You don't really need your plug-in checking in with our web server every time you load it on a track.
If you bought one of our plug-ins, simply log into your FabFilter account, click Edit Profile, and make sure the "Receive news mailings" checkbox is ticked. We'll send you a friendly newsletter when an update is available, or when we have some other news (typically no more than 6 times a year).
