Can I use student discount multiple times?
for example, I buy pro q3 with a discount, and after a month or something I buy pro L2 again with a discount while I'm still a student. is it possible?

Yes. Educational discount is valid for a whole year, and if you’re still a student at the end of that year you can apply for renewal and get another discount. Price is going to be 50% off and you can buy as many plugins as you want any time of the year.
