I forget my password

My ID is zhouyaru@po.lixent.com. I forget my password,and my e-mail can not receive code to restore it. Could you help me, thanks!

Hi Zhouyaru,

I was unable to find an account registered to your email address. When there's no account matching your email address you will not receive the password reset email. Could it be you used a different email address for your order?
