Unable To Reach Support Via Email - Emails Rejected
Hi. I attempted to contact you via info@fabfilter.com but my emails were rejected.
I have a question.
I can't figure out how to get PRO Q3 to load with the freeze button de-activated. I often use Q3 to look at EQ content, so I need to dis-engage the freeze button, since for some reason in my PRO Q3 that button is always enabled in the default preset. I have always wondered this, so I tried 'save default as' (de-activating it and then saving it as default), but this didn't work.

That's strange. Could you see if you can send it to ralph@fabfilter.com?
Pro-Q 3 remembers the state of the screen size and analyzer settings of your last adjusted settings. So when you open up an instance of Pro-Q 3 and toggle off the Analyzer freeze, the next time you open up a new instance of Pro-Q 3 should also have this Analyzer freeze turned off.
