Our goal for Pro-Q 3 was to make it very versatile, while keeping a very clear and user friendly GUI. We have thought about implementing attack and release settings, but it was already quite difficult to add the threshold and side-chain options while keeping the GUI to our standards. Adding more parameters would clutter the GUI too much in our opinion.
If you need access to more parameters, like the attack and release, we indeed suggest checking out Pro-MB.

Come on guys, 2 more sliders or little knobs or even a single double-knob! They could be even hidden behind a toggle button, not to "clutter the GUI too much". That's was the laziest response to a quite well requested feature! Specially because such feature exists in other (even cheaper) dynamic EQs (see the free TDR Nova, or Neutron 3 EQ or Ozone Dynamic EQ, or MDynamicEQ, etc).
I think for more complex applications you could use Pro-MB
