Need help! Switched to a Mac and want to install what I paid for on that-no replies

I am unable to login to my account and emailed your info@fabfilter.com address for assistance. Account got locked out and never received the password reset information via email. Can you help? Switched to a Mac from Windows and want to put on my Mac with my DAW on there.
