Glitching when plug in windows are open
Hi all,
I experience glitching when the editing window of a plug in is open, and the fan of my macbook pro 15" (2015) starts running crazy. When I close the window, the performance is just fine, though the plug in is still working. Especially with pro q3. Any suggestions?

Hi Valentin,
With some graphics cards and host software combinations, the GPU-accelerated graphics acceleration system in our latest plug-ins might cause problems. You can turn off graphics acceleration to find out if this fixes the problem.
If you experience problems, first try to update your graphics drivers to the latest version!
Mac OS X: Open Terminal and type: defaults write com.fabfilter.Common GraphicsAcceleration -int 0
The above steps will turn off graphics acceleration for all FabFilter plug-ins. Could you see if this fixes your issues? If it does not you can re-enable it by changing the value 0 to 1 in the steps above.
