ProQ3 band solo automate?
I would love a way to automate and or lock the band solo function in ProQ3
If this is possible could someone please tell me the secret handshake?
If not can this feature be added in an update?

You can't do that -- we designed the solo feature to be used while dragging.
If you could automate or lock it, you could use the sound of the solo function in your projects and we could no longer change the internal filtering that we use. The way we do it now, we know we are free to change it in the future if we find a better way to solo, without worrying about backwards compatibility.
