Oversampling
Hi Fabfilterteam,
i would like to know if there are any plans to add (higher) oversampling to your existing line of plugins.
In some cases, especially when using filters with high resonance values, switching to a higher project sample rate results in way better clearity in the upper frequency spectrum.
I prefer to work at 44,1 kHz, so would you consider adding an oversampling switch to your products? Or even better a selector to choose the prefered amount of oversampling, like from 0x to 16x?
Of course this will suck extra CPU cycles but in some cases it is worth to have the choice. Ideally the setting would be stored in the preset.

Hi Phil,
We don't have plans to add oversampling to our plug-ins, since they've been designed to work well with the host sample rate.
Of course, you can still run your host on a higher sample rate if you prefer the sound that way...
