Pro Q 3: Default slope when creating a node?
Is there any way to set default slope of a node on creation? I don't typically use a lot of LC or HC filters with a 12 db slope

i'd like to know this as well!
At the moment this is not possible. However, you can use the mouse wheel to quickly change the slope of a LP/HP band if you hover over the curve dot.

Is there a way to disable? This happens to me frequently by error, with my apple mouse when I go to grab the curve dot
Sorry, there is no currently no way to disable that. We'll make a note to look into it for future updates.
