streaming limiting visuals
New to limiting, I can't seem to understand why theres no visual feedback when using the streaming loudness option(-14) How am I meant to adjust the attack and ratio or listen to the effect of the limiter when there is no red gain reduction at the top? Am I meant to do all my work in the -9 setting and then return to the -14 when im done? And will those setting still have an effect when I return to -14?so confused, any help would be greatly appreciated.

If there's no activity on the red gain reduction meter, there's simply no sound above the threshold and nothing to limit. If you're not sure what's happening, e-mail us with as much info as possible, and we'll help you out!
