How to update old plugins ?

Hey guys, I purchased about 4 of these plugins over 5 yrs ago. Is there a way to update them ?

Hi Rick, depending on which plug-ins you own, you can either download the latest version from our downloads page or purchase the upgrade via your Fabfilter account. If you have any further questions, please let us know!

I have Pro C, Pro Q, Pro L and Timeless 2

If I can just download them like you say what is the procedure to authorize them and do I delete the old ones ?
