Audiosuite clip by clip

Hi there,
I've got a problem using audiosuite on the Pro Q2 in Pro Tools 10.3.10.
It's set to render on a "clip by clip" basis with 2 sec handles, however the result is an "entire selection".
Has anyone else had this happen?
I'm on mac OSX 10.9.5
