FL Studio 12.1.3 Not opening GUI

I've recently upgraded my system to 64bit and I'm having problems opening the FabFilter plugins. They load up fine but once I try to open them up again the GUI does not show up and I get this error message.

Access Violation at address at 6908AFC2 in module 'atioglxx.dll'. Read of address 0000000C.

Just a heads up: I have FL 12.1.3 installed

32 + 64 bit, all FF plugins are working fine here. No issues.
