FabFilter C2 Windows 8.1 Audition: graphic bug

Hey there,
just installed FabFilter C2 on our Win 8.1 Pro PC with Adobe Audition CS6. The Screen does not refresh when clicking the Rezize button or clicking the SIDE CHAIN button. You have to close the plugin-window and reopen it to see the changed settings. Could you please take a look on that issue?
thanks

Hi,

We're going to investigate the issue, thanks for reporting it!

OK, I can confirm that Audition CS6 doesn't support resizing of VST3 plugins. The problem is that it returns "success" when asked to resize the window, but doesn't actually resize it. We could implement a workaround for this, specifically for Audition, but I'd first have to check if newer versions of Audition do support resizing properly.

As a workaround, you can also use the VST2 version of Pro-C 2 in Audition: here we handle resizing ourselves and this just works.

Hi!

We've just tested Pro-C 2 in Audition CC on both OS X and Windows (64-bit), and resizing works without problems for the VST3 version!

The VST3 version doesn't resize correctly in Studio One 2 and 3 when pressing Display. Win7 x32.

^Same here but Win 7 x64. It opens normally:

But then when you hide the display and sidechain you get this:

If you close and open it looks fine, but then if you show the sidechain and display you get this:

Close and open and it's back to normal. That's in SO2 but exactly the same thing happens in SO3.

For the record, this happens whether graphics acceleration is enabled or not.

Hi e@ars & Cabirio,

Interesting, we'll look into it and try to fix it in an upcoming minor update!

We've debugged the Studio One resizing problem and it looks to be a bug in Studio One instead. We're in contact with Presonus about this. For now, you can also use the VST2 plugin which doesn't have this problem.
