VST versus AU
Are there any advantages in performance between using either VST or AU formats of the plugins?
I run 64-bit exclusive these days in Logic Pro X and Ableton Live 9.
I've got Pro-Q, Pro-Q 2, and Twin 2 and I'm just looking to see if I should be using one version over the other. Thanks!

Hi Richard,
It doesn't really matter. I think the AU format is a little more advanced with proper side chain support etc, so if you're on Mac I would probably choose that over VST.
