avoiding distortion with FF Micro

Hi! I like using Micro a lot, but I generally want to avoid distortion when simply using it to "soften" a sound. Distortion seems to occur very easily with medium to full-scale signals. I've now made my default setting -10db input to avoid this and have +10db output so as to keep levels consistent while filtering.

Is there a better way, or any guidelines on how to handle avoiding distortion with FF Micro please?

HI Nigel,

Indeed, Micro will definitely add a lot of edge for very 'hot', full scale signals! And the work-around you've found, would be my solution for that as well :-)
